Sponsor to provide goody bag insertion items
Lung Cancer Awareness Item—$1,000
Drive for Hope will purchase an awareness item from the "Choose Hope" lung cancer awareness website, www.choosehope.com, and place it in all golf goody bags.
Since the item purchased will have the "Choose Hope" logo on it, you will be able to insert your own promotional item in all golf goody bags as well.
